Pinot Grigio::

Could this wine be “The Next Sauvignon Blanc??” Brown Brothers (in Delicious August 2005) seems to think so, as this variety steams full pace into the drinking habits of the Australian palate.

Franklin Estate – Pinot Grigio is a fresh dry white wine with vibrant fruit characteristics such as peach and tropical fruits.  Finished with a crisp, refreshing acidity the wine is an excellent accompaniment to seafood and poultry.

  Nebbiolo::

An Italian red well suited to meat and pasta dishes. A unique flavour which may be light in colour with stronger tannin flavours. Some consider this to be the crème de la crème of Italian red.
